St John the Baptist Church web page St John the Baptist Church, or SJB as most people refer to it, was built as a dual purpose Church and Hall in the 1950s. In the late 1980s a new church was built onto the side of the existing hall. The Church serves the estate in which it is set, and following current improvements, community use is set to expand even further.
